Penn Highlands is a dynamic, student-centered community college with regional locations spread throughout Blair, Cambria, Huntingdon, and Somerset counties. Students can complete the first two years of a four-year degree utilizing PA TRAC agreements and transferable courses. Those seeking direct employment can enroll in associate degree, certificate, and diploma programs in high-demand fields such as Business/Accounting, Child Development, Criminal Justice, Healthcare, Social Work, Media Production, and Information Technology.
